I didn’t weigh  myself this morning.   Perfect time to start a blog.

I’m sitting here cracking sunflower seeds like there’s no tomorrow.  Just turned over  the package.  Fat content: 16  grams –  yes, GRAMS – in 3 TBSP!! Holy Crap!!!  I guess that between  this and the 4 or 5 cups  of Halva ice cream that I had today  I should start at 150.  But sunflower seeds are kinda healthy, even if I did intake all the sodium that I  need for  the next month.  I’m sticking to 148.  Will weigh myself in the am.  Going to bed…maybe I’ll sleep off some weight tonight (is that even possible??)
